【KL/AF】5.11日更新版法荷航空停运(北京/上海至3.15)及退改通知

首先,法国航空衷心希望我们的全体旅客在COVID-19新冠疫情危机期间都健康平安。


此前,法国航空在一份声明中表示往返中国大陆的全部航班将暂停至2020年5月初。


鉴于疫情的不断发展变化,法航目前仍将暂停往返中国大陆的航班服务。法国航空一直在实时关注疫情进展,并与本国和中国有关部门保持密切协作,力求尽快恢复往返中国的客运航班运营。


法国航空目前运营活动主要集中在中法之间的货运航班,积极参与中法两国间口罩及医疗物资的空中桥梁运输工作。法航目前在巴黎-上海航线上每周运营12个航班,采用波音B777全货机、波音B777客机货仓及客舱均装载设备物资执飞货运运营。


法航在整个航线网络中已采取各项非常措施来协助旅客调整旅行计划,具体措施请访问官网airfrance.com(或点击阅读原文)。


法国航空公司特此向旅客声明,法国航空始终将其旅客与职员的健康与安全置于首位。自2020年5月11日起,旅客需要在法航运营的航班上全程佩戴口罩。


法航所有团队工作人员正竭尽全力保障乘客全面的健康与安全,确保旅客安全无忧放心地旅行。





Dear Passengers,


First of all, Air France hopes all our passengers are safe and healthy in the times of the COVID-19 crisis.


In a previous update statement, Air France announced the suspension of all its flights   to Mainland China until early May 2020.


However, in light of the evolution of the situation, service to mainland China will remain suspended for the time being. Air France is monitoring the situation in real time and has been working closely with National and Chinese authorities to enable the resumption of passenger operations to and from China.


Air France's current activity is now focused on operating cargo flights between China and France, and is also actively involved in the air bridge between China and France for the transport of masks and medical equipment. 12 flights between Paris and Shanghai are operated every week using Boeing 777 full freighter aircraft and Boeing 777 passenger aircraft loaded with cargo in hold and cabin.


To help its customers to adjust their travel plans, Air France has put in place exceptional measures throughout its network. These measures can be consulted at airfrance.com (or click the "Read More").


Air France reminds passengers that the health and safety of its customers and staff is an absolute priority. Air France will ask its customers to wear a mask throughout their journey as from 11 May 2020.


All the airline's teams are fully mobilized to ensure the highest levels of health and safety for its customers and to ensure they travel in complete confidence.

如果您预订了2020年5月31日前中国出发或抵达中国的荷航航班,您可以选择更改您的行程,新的出发日期应不晚于6月30日。你可以最晚于4月30日前登陆荷航官网(点击阅读原文)在“我的行程”(My Trip)中进行免费改签,包括更改旅行日期或目的地。


申请退票

如果您预订了2020年5月31日前中国出发或抵达中国的荷航航班,您可以申请退款,优先退以1年有效期的兑换券。


如果您是通过KLM.com,KLM售票处或KLM客户联系中心购买的机票,且机票号码以074开头,则可在线申请退票。请您依据付款方式,点击下列链接并在原文链接页面填写退票申请表:
